The Port City of Chai-Haim, also known as Port City Minato, is a location in Vandal Hearts and Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment. It is incorrectly named "Port City Minato" in the first game ("Minato" simply means "port" in japanese). It's the home city of Grog, and the only port that leads to Gillbaris Island.
- With its remote location and poor strategic value, Port City of Chai-Haim went largely unnoticed during the war. Its citizens, who live only day's travel away from Timion Vale, are happy to stay unnoticed as they go about their business.
